Please contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
Confirmation

Package the Item
Please repackage the item securely, ensuring it is unused and includes all original tags and packaging.
Ship the Item Back
Follow the instructions in the confirmation email to send the item back to the specified address. Please keep the shipping receipt for tracking.
Processing Refund/Exchange
Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
